Pan Seared Strip Loins in Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
Directions
  1. Sprinkle the steaks liberally on both sides with the flavour boost and let rest at least 40 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Heat the oil in a cast iron pan over medium high heat. 
  3. Sear the steaks for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Roast in the pan for 5 minutes in a pre-heated 325 oven.
  5. Let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Cut holes into the tops of the Yorkshire puddings ( as per the video)
  7. Slice the steak into thin strips and roll into small rosettes. Stuff 3 rosettes into each Yorkshire pudding and drizzle Knorr's Bearnaise Sauce over all.
