Kentucky Un-Fried Chicken Strips

Ingredients
  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup no fat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp powdered garlic
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp ground oregano
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp ground sage
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 2 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
  1. Mix the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a medium bowl
  2. Cut chicken into strips, and mix into sour cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Mix remaining herbs and spices with the panko breadcrumbs
  4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Roll the individual chicken pieces in the herb and spice mix bread crumbs. Place each chicken strip onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated 400 oven for 45 minutes turning once.
