Split a large jalapeno pepper in half and remove the seeds. Place into a 26 ounce jar with a tight fitting lid. Pour 26 ounces of vodka over all. Cover and leave for one week before using.
To make the Bloody Mary
Ingredients
- a little sea salt and creole seasoning to rim the glass (optional)
- 1 and a 1/2 ounces of jalapeno vodka
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- a few shakes hot sauce
- the juice of half a lime
- 1/2 tsp horseradish
- 1/4 tsp creole seasoning
- 1 cup tomato juice
- Put all of the ingredients into a shaker. Shake well and pour over ice.
- Garnish with cocktail meatballs and avocado on skewers,
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup crushed taco flavoured tortilla chips
- 1 tbsp salsa
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Roll into small cocktail sized meatballs (1/2 inch in diameter)
- Place onto a parchment covered baking sheet and bake in a pre-heated 350 oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
