Ground Beef and Onion Perishke Filling

Ingredients
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced white onion
  • 1 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp diced garlic
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp dill weed
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • salt and pepper to taste
 Directions
  1. In a large non stick pan sprayed with olive oil, saute the ground beef, onions, and mushrooms over medium high heat until the ground beef is brown and cooked through.
  2. Sprinkle with beef bouillon, and flour. Stir.
  3. Add the garlic, worcestershire sauce, sour cream, dill weed, dill pickles, salt, and pepper.
  4. Set aside to cool before filling the piroshke dough.
