Ground Beef and Onion Perishke Filling
Ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced white onion
- 1 cup diced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp beef bouillon
- 1 tsp diced garlic
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp dill weed
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large non stick pan sprayed with olive oil, saute the ground beef, onions, and mushrooms over medium high heat until the ground beef is brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with beef bouillon, and flour. Stir.
- Add the garlic, worcestershire sauce, sour cream, dill weed, dill pickles, salt, and pepper.
- Set aside to cool before filling the piroshke dough.
