8 ounces of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
I cup of shredded parmesan cheeses
10 ounces of a jar of prepared Alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 10 ounce box of frozen Spinach, Thawed and excess water squeezed out
1 14 ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
Pepper....optional
Preheat oven to 350
Mix the cheeses, alfredo sauce and garlic until blended
Fold in artichoke and spinach
Place in an oven proof dish
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheeses of melted and bubbling
Serve with chips or bread or both!
