Tender strip loin steak is broiled and placed on a Holiday Baguette Crisp with Tapenade. An elegant and easy appetizer.
Ingredients
1 boneless strip loin steak
12 holiday baguette crisps
1/4 cup tapenade
1/2 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, herbes de provence
Bring
steak to room temperature and sprinkle both sides with seasonings.
Place under broiler for 3-4 minutes per side depending on how you like
your done-ness.
Let steak rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Serve in thin slices on crisps with a tsp of tapenade on each.
Good hot or cold.
