Oven Fried Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 cups whole wheat Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp creole seasoning
Directions
- Mix the mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, and mustard together.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the mayonnaise making sure each is well coated.
- Mix the breadcrumbs and creole seasoning together in a shallow dish and then place the chicken into the dish turning to coat well on all sides.
- Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet, or a baking sheet treated with oil at 350 for 40 minutes or until the chicken breasts reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
