Oven Fried Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cups whole wheat Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp creole seasoning
Directions
  1. Mix the mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, and mustard together. 
  2. Dip each piece of chicken into the mayonnaise making sure each is well coated. 
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs and creole seasoning together in a shallow dish and then place the chicken into the dish turning to coat well on all sides. 
  4. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet, or a baking sheet treated with oil at 350 for 40 minutes or until the chicken breasts reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
