Oven Roasted Chili Garlic Ribs
Ingredients
- 4 lbs baby back ribs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup hoisin or honey hoisin sauce
- 4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Asian chile garlic sauce
- 4 tsps sesame oil
Directions
- Whisk everything but the ribs together, set dressing aside.
- Place the ribs onto a roasting racks over a baking sheet and roast for 45 minutes in a pre-heated 350 degree oven.
- After the ribs have roasted 45 minutes, transfer them to a foil lined roasting pan and slather them all over in the sauce making sure everything is well covered.
- Reduce the heat to 325 degrees and continue to roast uncovered for another hour, tossing the ribs in the sauce about every 15 minutes. After an hour, cover the pan with tinfoil and roast for a final hour, again tossing around in the sauce every 15 minutes or so until the ribs are lovely and tender.
