Printable Shopping List Meal Planner 2


Produce
  • 8 medium yellow onions 
  • 8 sweet tomatoes (like campari)
  • 1 orange or yellow pepper
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 heads fresh garlic
  • 1 piece fresh ginger
  • 1 Chinese or Napa cabbage
  • 5 radishes
  • 1, 10 pound bag russet potatoes
  • 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • Enough fresh mushrooms to make 1 cup sliced
  • 2 bunches of swiss chard or kale
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 5 celery stalks
  • 2 lb bag carrots

Meat
  • 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
  • 1 lb frozen shrimp
  • 2, 1 lb each, pork tenderloins
  • 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • 2 pre-cooked Spanish Chorizo sausages
  • 3 fist size salmon filets

Dairy
  • 1 pkg Kraft shredded Italian cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • milk
  • 1 pkg crumbled or shredded feta cheese
  • 1 small tub light cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • butter

Canned Goods
  • 1 540 ml tin black beans
  • 1 796 ml tin whole tomatoes
  • 1 small jar of sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1 small jar roasted red peppers
  • 1 small jar dill pickes
  • 5, 900 ml containers no sodium chicken stock
  • 1, 900 ml container beef stock

Dry Goods
  • 1 pkg spaghetti noodles
  •  14 oz dry lentils
  • 1 cup dry quinoa
Bakery
  • 10 soft burrito shells

Frozen /Refrigerated
  • 1 pkg frozen peas
