Oven Baked Poutine
Ingredients
- 4 large russet baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch fries
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 pkg of your favourite gravy mix
- 1 cup cheese curds or fresh mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Toss the raw fries in the Creole seasoning and spread on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Sprinkle with salt
- Bake in a preheated 450 oven for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes with a spatula.
- Prepare your gravy while the potatoes roast.
- Sprinkle the hot crispy fires with the cheese curds and pour hot gravy over all.
