Oven Baked Poutine

Ingredients
  • 4 large russet baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch fries
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 pkg of your favourite gravy mix
  • 1 cup cheese curds or fresh mozzarella cheese
Directions
  1. Toss the raw fries in the Creole seasoning and spread on a parchment lined baking sheet
  2. Sprinkle with salt
  3. Bake in a preheated 450 oven for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes with a spatula.
  4. Prepare your gravy while the potatoes roast.
  5. Sprinkle the hot crispy fires with the cheese curds and pour hot gravy over all.
