- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 2 sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts or toasted almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 100 grams or 1/2 cup fruit flavoured yogurt of your choice
- 1 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 cup baby arugula (optional but great in a wrap)
Mix everything together in a large bowl and serve on a sandwich, wrap or pita.
