CHARMED Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts or toasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 100 grams or 1/2 cup fruit flavoured yogurt of your choice
  • 1 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup baby arugula (optional but great in a wrap)
Directions

Mix everything together in a large bowl and serve on a sandwich, wrap or pita.
