- 1 packet Beef Bovril
- 1/4 cup ground dried mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp each herbes de provence, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
Mix together and store in a ziplock bag until ready to use. To make gravy, mix with pan drippings and 1-2 cups of water depending on how thick you like your gravy. Add a splash of red wine to finish and simmer just until the alcohol burns off.
