Mushroom Pan Gravy Mix

Ingredients
  • 1 packet Beef Bovril
  • 1/4 cup ground dried mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp each herbes de provence, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
Directions

Mix together and store in a ziplock bag until ready to use. To make gravy, mix with pan drippings and 1-2 cups of water depending on how thick you like your gravy. Add a splash of red wine to finish and simmer just until the alcohol burns off.
