- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, roasted and seasoned with salt and pepper
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 2 green onions, finely diced
- 1 can drained mandarin oranges
- 1 cup toasted almonds
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 1 small container fruit flavoured yogurt
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all of the above together, season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
