- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1. In a 2 quart sauce pan, heat corn syrup, brown sugar and butter to boiling over medium low heat stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in whipping cream.Heat to boiling.Remove from heat and cool about 30 minutes. Serve warm. Store in jars in refrigerator for up to two months, Reheat slightly before serving if desired.
