Tex Mex Stuffed Steaks

Ingredients
  • 4-6 sandwich steaks pounded thin
  • 1 cup frozen or canned corn
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa verde
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Tex Mex blend shredded cheese
  • 1/2 red pepper diced
  • 2 Tbsp creole spice or Emerill's Creole Seasoning
Directions
  1. Sprinkle steaks on one side with creole seasoning
  2. Mix the corn, cream cheese, salsa, red pepper, and cheese to make a soft filling
  3. Add filling and spread over steak
  4. Roll steak and affix with toothpicks
  5. Sprinkle with more seasoning
  6. Broil in top half oven for 3-5 minutes a side depending on desired doneness.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Cut in half to serve.
