Lemon Dill Carrots
Boil carrots in salted water until tender. Toss in two tbsp butter, the juice of half a lemon, one tsp dry dill, (or one tbsp chopped fresh dill) salt and pepper.
Put into microwave safe casserole dish. Cover, cool, refrigerate.
